Introduction: Yoga has brought unity and balance to my life by helping me connect to her higher state of mind. I knew that I wanted to help bring that same unity and balance to the lives of others, so I completed process of becoming a certified yoga instructor through Core Power. My love for yoga is eminent in my practice and I truly puts my soul into teaching others, I will accustom to your needs and find a practice that will benefit you in the greatest way possible.
What I love about my job is seeing how yoga can affect someone in just one hour. I love being able to see my students grow mentally and physically, allowing yoga to rewire their mind and get rid of any negative throught patterns or emotions that no longer benefit them. Another reason why I love what I do is seeing students create more flexibility and mobility in their body they thought they could never get. Seeing a bright glowing smile on my students face after class is my number one goal.

Kyra Villarino is a young energized yoga instructor who has changed my perspective of yoga for the better. She has shown me the physical and most importantly the mental benefits of yoga. She is soothing and goes through every pose beautifully and will teach with great hand on adjustments.

Kyra Villarino is one of the best yoga instructors I've had. She has great energy & you can fee it as soon as you walk into the room. I highly reccomend taking her you won't regret it!
