- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical new customer process starts with a consult, either over the phone or in person. Then we move to bid. We bid based on physical diagnosis or by job walkthrough (for networking etc). All bids are good for 15 days to conform to our procurement and scheduling standards.
