- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All programs are tailored and prescribed after initial consultation. Cost is based off of training frequency and length of time. Different from person to person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients on first session must go through a PAR Q (Physical Readiness Questionaire), review goals, health history, and perform a movement screen (assess injuries or areas of disfunction). Upon completion we will create a plan of action, I will educate in detail how the goal will be achieved and create a timeline. Measurements will be taken. Lastly we will work out and after I will provide client with professional feedback and prescribe exercise program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a CPT (Certified Personal trainer), Corrective Exercise Specialist (work with injuries), Weight Management Specialist(Weight loss and toning). I have over 10 years of experience with over 30,000 hours of hands on experience.
