- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different so, no, there is not really a "standard". I do my best to customize each event and give the best price and more importantly, best value. As we all know, cheapest doesn't equal "best" in any situation; quality and value is what we strive for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is getting to know them and their preferences. Listening is key in the beginning before we can make a great event happen together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the food & beverage industry in all capacities since 1993 and have learned from some great professionals! We are still expanding our food and beverage knowledge and checking out new techniques. It is an ongoing experience!
