I had an appt to have a window fixed, Noone ever showed, I email them with no response and when I called the phone # I got a message that the person had not set up a voice mail account.

we had measured your window already from the outside and gave you quote but you thought it was to much and told technician not to fix. very sorry about the miscommunication. thank you
