I was very happy with how our garage project turned out. We needed to completely insulate, drywall and paint our garage with cabinets and shelving and he was able to complete the project in a timely manner. Nicholas Reyes Construction was very easy to work with and gave us a competitive price and never tried to up-sell additional items like we have experienced with other contractors. His work quality is excellent and always kept us up to date with the progression. I highly recommend him.Apr 3, 2018

Nicholas Reyes Construction did a great job on my backyard. Put in artificial turf, hardscape planter box, and a dry river bed. Job was completed in the amount of time that was quoted, and everything was cleaned up when the job was completed.Feb 20, 2018
Nick was always the first person to the job. Respectful to workers and always available to me for my questions. Very helpful in helping me with design decisions. Was very conscious of cleaning dust and debris before leaving each day of work. When things came up I wanted to change ,Nick was always accommodating. He never pressured me for additional price changes..work was completed in time frame discussed. Excellent quality of work, and a very honest person.Feb 17, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I will go above and beyond to work with my clinets budget and needs. When I give a quote it comes with all supplies and labor. It's my responsibility to get everything for the job and try to make it as least stressful as possible for the homeowner. I will also offer military and first responders discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If I receive a request to bid a project my first step is to meet with the client. 2nd step is to get the needs and wants of the homeowner. 3rd is getting the budget and working with the client to hopefully meet the clients budget and needs. If and when I get the project I ensure communication with the homeowner is completely paramount to ensure I meet all expectations while working on the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I always did little handyman jobs and construction jobs with my dad and uncle. After retiring from the Marine Corps. I worked with a General Contractor building structures and doing home remodeling.
