From the first phone call of inquiry to James at Jet Moving and Storage right through to the completion of our move, Michael and his team were exceedingly professional, thorough, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with. The day before our move, they came and packed everything. The next day they finished packing our moving truck and I was honestly astonished at how quickly they cleared out our apartment and how they fit everything!! Nothing damaged, everything perfectly put into place properly and correctly. Also worth to mention that they arrived early within the scheduled time frame, just proving how fast, efficient, and respectful of your time these guys are. Meanwhile, they do it all with a smile on their face. Despite hauling our heavy boxes and furniture up there flights, each one of them did it happily, kindly, and with no complaints at all. When we came across a big challenge fitting my large armoire through my narrow doorway, they made sure to find solution and were successful in getting everything up and into our narrow apartment! I would highly recommend Jet Moving and Storage. On another note; I would advise taking inventory and organizing your belongings in a fashion to allow for maximum efficiency on your pack out and delivery. This is a recipe for a successful move instead of relying on the movers 100%. It's a two way street if you want things to go smoothly! Thanks JMS!!

This was to move my daughter from her nearby home to another state. My big gripe is I felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch and the owner consistently didn’t listen to or failed to comprehend what I said. He initially called me and told me how great they were with “all 5 star reviews” and started asking questions. I am confident that I accurately described the move including every piece of furniture and explained we wanted them to pack up everything but there were around 10 boxes in the garage packed with Christmas and other typical garage stuff. He gives me a low-ball quote but never puts it in writing. I question the quote in my mind and figure it will eventually double. We also had a sofa we wanted picked up from our house a few miles away. Like everything else I mentioned it was answered with “no problem, we would be happy to.” We agree on a move on a following Wednesday but the Saturday prior he calls us confirming the move for the very next day! We were out of state and compromise by agreeing to get back in time to do it Monday and they act like they are doing us a huge favor. But I have to work so it leaves my wife to deal with all the BS by herself. Of course when the movers show up they tell her that I had said we had packed everything and they only had to pack 10 boxes! And, of course, picking up the sofa is an extra $150. So now they are asking for $6000 instead of the $1750 that was quoted. To pour more salt on the wound they are demanding a cashiers check or money order. There had never been any mention on how we had to pay the bill so I figured my wife could just put it on a credit card. Well we do not have a local bank and it is Veterans Day so the post office is closed which makes getting their form of payment very problematic. Apparently they have never heard of PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, or any other modern form of payment and they are acting like I am the idiot and was somehow supposed to know all this. In the end they took 50% upfront on the credit card but I had to wire transfer the balance to them prior to delivery. I have no issue with that but it should have been communicated to me ahead of time. The move itself seemed fine but they really need to improve their communication and should provide a written quote with expected payment instructions. Their failure to do so really caused a lot of anxiety and frustration for us.

These movers are awesome! Fair and clear pricing, responsible with your stuff, nice, and incredibly efficient. The office was really responsive with any questions I had along the way, which made for a stress-free experience. On our moving date, the movers came on time. The move process went smoothly. The movers were so nice, efficient, and handled everything with care. I will definitely hire them again. Almost everything arrived in my new place safe and sound! They were great with putting boxes into the correct room and reassembling furniture exactly as I had it. Of course there was some breakings as well but they also apologized for it, and those thigs were not so valuable. Honestly it happens and I understand it, we should really expect a little scratch or a small breakings. Over all this was a really nice moving company and I am glad I hired them, I am well satisfied with my move and HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

The move process was easy with Jet Moving And Storage. I called to schedule the move, they sent me a confirmation immediately, and were available to answer questions. From the first step reaching out to schedule a moving day to the last box out of the truck, everything was smooth! Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, polite, courteous, and very careful/diligent not to damage my new home or any of my furnitures. They came prepared with all the equipment to protect our furniture for transport and to disassemble/assemble them. They wrapped up all items carefully, they also took all precautions when it came to COVID & handled everything with care, pick up and drop off were well done. They were all very friendly. Soooo 100% would recommend, trustworthy, efficient, and kind! Thanks so much guys! Appreciate you! And my final words are: Super professional company and for a great price.

I just moved from a one-bedroom walk-up apartment on the Upper West Side to a two-bedroom (elevator building) in Riverside earlier this month. Moving always stresses me out, but Jet moving and storage movers made the whole process as easy as possible from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze (fully online), they had the date I requested; their team arrived promptly on the day of the move and all members were professional, skilled, and almost nothing went wrong. There was one mover whose language barrier proved to be an issue when boxes labeled for one room ended up downstairs in a different room, and we lost small pieces of a couple pieces of furniture (mostly easy to fix/replace though) but overall, they were phenomenal, as moving companies go. I truly appreciate the ease at which I was able to complete the move. From booking, to loading, to unloading, to payment - the whole process with The Professionals was a breeze. I know most people don't enjoy moving, and it truly is exhausting. It's just nice knowing that with a company like The Professionals, moving can be a bit easier and a lot less stressful. I hope to actually use their service in the near future. For now, their professionalism and honesty made me a true believer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently jet moving and storage just moved a large high-tech company consisting of 180 offices with cubicles and many high tech items. the move was supposed to take seven days we increased the labor to do it in five days only. the move went without a hitch and the company could not be happier with our services
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
With 30 years experience the best advice to give a consumer would be to make sure you get a binding estimate in writing to make sure you’re dealing with a reputable company and get everything in writing. make sure you verify the reputation of the company which today is very easy to do via Internet
