A MILLION STARS!! They deserve it for exemplary care, integrity, efficiency, focus on relationship, and professionalism. I did a long distance move from Winchester to Santa Monica. I was super anxious and worried about it because I know moving can be a disaster. Received a quote shortly after I requested it from Jet Moving along with other companies. James was the one who reached out to me. He responded with a very professional, friendly, and thorough message. That, coupled with their reasonable price, made the decision easy. I declined every offer from their competitors because of those two things and booked with Jet Moving even though a few others may have been slightly cheaper. The move went flawlessly. We negotiated a price beforehand, time, date, and location. The crew arrived on time, packed & wrapped the delicate items, were super professional and organized. Communication was excellent! The items arrived at the location exactly when agreed upon. I always tip movers - the going rate is between 10- 20% of the job's total cost and it's worth it. A very positive experience. Thank you Guys!!

We had a long distance move from Murrieta to Santa Monica! From their quick response with a quote to following up at the end of the move, everyone I interacted with from Jet Moving and Storage was professional and kind. The pricing structure was clear and reasonable, and booking was a breeze. Fred and Sam never gave even a hint of the job being difficult - even with a long carry to the elevator and then multiple trips up and down -- they were just so cool and nice the whole time. And I would have been glad to move boxes and items around upstairs even if they had just dropped it and ran for the next load - but they didn't. They asked every time where to put the boxes and items they brought up - they called out to let me know they were back up there if I was in a different room and hadn't seen them arrive. It was so obvious that they really wanted to make it as easy as possible for us to be able to find things in the right places once they had left. And they were super careful maneuvering through the doorways. If all my fingers were thumbs, they would have ten-thumbs up! Thanks for your help and I'll reach out when it's time to move again.

These guys were SUPER AMAZING! It was a difficult move since my move was a long distance and my new house is up on a steep hill . The moving truck wasn't able to go up and we couldn't get our things the same day. They stored our stuff overnight and came the next day and shuttled everything! They had an amazing attitude, professional and very hard working. I really appreciate the hard work of these young men who provided us a service during this CORONA virus pandemic !

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. What an awesome, professional, responsible company to conduct business with, everything was handled by Fred and his colleagues without a problem!! They were especially careful with our most fragile items, wrapping them in two or three layers of plastic and padding to ensure that they could be transported safely. We were so grateful to have everything moved in such a short period of time, and hope they liked the pizza we ordered. :) In the end, the price ended up being way less than what we were quoted, so that was awesome as well. They do painstakingly hard work! They deserve a thank you!

I was looking for a reliable moving company and Jet Moving and storage was recommended by lots of people on social media. At first I was a little skeptical of all the 5* reviews, like is this for real? But after Jet Moving and Storage handled my last move I can honestly say they are for real REAL!!! As we all know moving sucks, period. It doesn't matter how well you prepare, it's still such an exhausting life event, but from start to finish these guys were on point and did the best to make it as painless as possible. James was quick to respond, transparent, and just very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable, provided good recommendations with fair and honest pricing. I'm definitely recommending this company to my friends and family!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1988 30 years ago myself and my two brothers went to work for the largest moving company in the world. we went from helpers to drivers to dispatchers to logistics and learned the business from beginning to end. then we humbly decided to go on our own and start a small family owned and operated company that prides itself in excellent service and very honest prices. today we do over 200 moves a month and we are a complaint free company.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently jet moving and storage just moved a large high-tech company consisting of 180 offices with cubicles and many high tech items. the move was supposed to take seven days we increased the labor to do it in five days only. the move went without a hitch and the company could not be happier with our services
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
With 30 years experience the best advice to give a consumer would be to make sure you get a binding estimate in writing to make sure you’re dealing with a reputable company and get everything in writing. make sure you verify the reputation of the company which today is very easy to do via Internet
