- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the many benefits of our law firm is that we offer reasonable legal fees with affordable payment plans. As one of Arizona's top-rated criminal defense and DUI law firms, we believe that everyone should be entitled to quality legal representation. This is why we are willing to work with potential clients to make payment arrangements that faith their budget. Our attorneys always caution potential clients about our competitors' fees. If you receive a quote that is well below our quote, you're most likely paying for an attorney that does not have official office space or adequate support staff. We have a state of the art office that centrally located. There are four attorneys who work full time at our law firm, we do not contract any work out. When hiring our office, you're hiring a team of lawyers who closely work together in an effort to provide clients with the best possible outcomes for their cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When potential clients call our office, they will always be greeted by a live person. A phone call will never go to voicemail. During our normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 8-5, potential clients will speak with one of our full-time receptionists or paralegals. If a potential client calls after hours, they will speak to a live after-hours receptionist. The reception will take initial notes and forward the call to one of our on-call attorneys. Whether you call during regular office hours, or after hours, one of our attorneys will take the time to listen to the facts of your case and provide sound legal advice. Our consultations and are always free. If you would like to move forward with our legal services, we can either proceed over the phone or schedule an in-person meeting. We do our absolute best to accommodate whichever route is most convenient for our potential clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lawyers are licensed by the State of Arizona. Our managing attorney, Matthew Lopez, is licensed in both state and federal court. Being licensed in federal court means Mr. Lopez can handle a federal case in any state.
