Lifestyles Fitness is my favorite place to workout! I look forward to coming here, because all the workouts are intense and motivate me. Mark and Drew know so much about exercise, and now I really know how to work out. I am a college student, so its very convenient for me by ASU, and they can always rearrange my schedule if needed. While at a training in Newport beach I crossed paths with Mark Hill. I knew him from before but had never trained with him until then. I was incredibly surprised at the depth of his knowledge and how he was able to craft a workout that worked extremely well for my body type and was in line with what I was looking to achieve. Right from the very first workout I was able to understand why my knees had been hurting for so long, and what I could do to change that right away. I also learned that there are lots of ways to do abs that arent crunches, and how to maximize my time in the gym. I couldn'tt recommend Mark enough!!Nov 20, 2017Review from Facebook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer many options: 30 ,45, & 60 min sessions in a Semi-Private Personal Training setting. Rates per session start at Only $30 per session. We offer a commitment discount. The Bigger the commitment to our programs, the lower the rates plus the longer you commit the better habits you will develop & you will get better results!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Free Consultation where we ask the potential client about their health history, nutrition lifestyle, current activity, & most importantly...Their Goals. Then, we perform an Ultrasound Body Fat Analysis that provides Body Fat %, then we do a Blood Pressure test, and then a Head to Toe Fitness Assessment that tests/measures upper/lower body strength, Cardio, Flexibility, and 3 level Core evaluation. We call this our Free Fitness Test which is over a $200 Value Free. This way, you can decide if we are the right fit for you and your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Personal Trainer Certification plus I've been personally mentored by the best Fitness/Training/Nutrition Coaches in the industry, 18 years of"applied" experience based on science and proven safe & effective results, Never ending continuing education seeking improvement & more applied knowledge through Books, DVD's, Seminars, and still working with Mentors. Plus, I hold a Bachelors Degree & I am a Cum Laude Graduate
