FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them about what their vision for the project is, what they want to achieve, and the purpose of their video. If that vision is too ambitious for their budget I try to either find a cheap and achievable solution using visual effects, camera tricks, etc. or help reign it back in to a manageable scale. I also ask what kind of timeline they are looking at, what roles they need me to fill (Writing, Filming, Editing, Visual Effects) and I try to meet their needs to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Scottsdale Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences for Film Production & Editing. I've been working on videos since I was 15. I've Written, Directed and edited a feature film, and various short films, trailers and music videos.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've wanted to do something in Film ever since I saw Star Wars when I was 5 years old. Originally I thought I would go into Visual Effects, but as I've gotten older I've developed a passion for storytelling which I pursue through my 3 favorite positions: Writing, Directing, and most of all Editing.
