- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discount and deals each month, check the website for further details. All full service moves include free use of tape, shrink wrap, furniture pads, disassembly and reassembly of furniture, loading, driving, and unloading the truck. A 1 hour travel time fee will be added for moves greater than 30 miles. No admin charges! No fuel charges! No mileage charges! No hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we get a call or receive a request for our service. Within 24 hours we will reach out to gather any further details as needed to provide you with the best possible quote for your needs. After determining the best time and date for your service needs we have you read through our moving checklist to help guide you through the moving process. As the move date nears we check back in to confirm the time and day of the move. On move day we have the employees call you ahead of time to let you know they are in route to your pickup address. Once our men arrive the take utmost care in completing your service request leaving you satisfied with a smile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years experience working in the moving industry with 4 years experience managing a local moving company. All of my employees are trained and have several years of experience as well.
