When I first spoke to Norman, I explained the jobs I needed done and that they needed to be completed before Xmas. This was in early to mid-November. Norman indicated my time table wasn’t a problem. Norman came quickly after I hired him and, at least initially, on time. He quoted very reasonable prices, per job. His did nice work. After his second or third visit, however, he started arriving late, soon by hours. Then he started canceling altogether at the last moment. The last time was very near Xmas and there was still quite a bit to do. After he canceled several times, I told him I’d have to hire someone else. I had already paid him in full for the jobs he completed (and I have no complaints about his work) but also had advanced him money for materials. When I told him I needed to move in another direction, he still had $120 of that advance. At first he promised to drop it off. He never came. Then I offered to let him either return the money (drop it off, mail me a check etc.) or work it off. He never has done either. He still has my $120 and hasn’t returned it. I will never use him again nor do I recommend him.

Wow Loretta. As I told you we all have things happen in life that we have no control over. I had some issues arise that I don't feel was necessary to explain to you. As I said before I still am going to give you your $120 that's not an issue.... what I don't appreciate is you bashing me when I did more than what was asked and for a discount but that's here nor there. No one has ever had a complaint nor problem with anything I do until YOU!!!! As it is I wouldn't want to work for you again at all. And when you do receive your money back I would appreciate you never contact me again... thanks and have a blessed life

I appreciate the fact that he was in contact and showed up ahead of time. His price was better than reasonable and his work was done with pride. All of these things are hard to find around here. I appreciate the worker that he is and the work that he does. I will be referring anyone that I hear that needs anything done. I will not hesitate to call him again. If you want it done right and honest he is who you need to get in contact with.
