Sorry Roberta for making you feel insulted, you asked for a rough estimate, our company never give you a written estimate, and never meant to insult your intelligence, rough estimates are just an approximately amount of money clients will spend on projects all depend on details and quality of materials, we don't like to waste clients time because our time is very value when we come for an estimate is because we're interest to complete/help on clients project, we apologize for any inconvenience and we're glad you found someone to fit on your project.
I'm completely at a lost for words from the end result we received. From the beginning to the end of the shower remodel Jose and his crew kept me up to date with any unforeseen issues which they were minimized by the crew members. I called Jose up on Saturday, and he was able to give me an estimate and fix my cabinet within 48 hours. He and his workers came ready with all their materials and equipment. They had drop clothes and didn't leave a mess. His team even painted the cabinet and closed up a large hole (for the hoses) in addition to removing the damaged base board.
