Larry was on time and very professional . He hung the saferack garage storage rack in my garage. He had all the tools to needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Larry was very polite and seemed knowledgeable when he came to give us an estimate. He is a very nice guy and easy to get ahold of, as well as quickly responsive. We asked Larry to repair/paint some trim around new cabinets that were installed, touch up some paint for us, and paint/hang 4 new doors. Unfortunately, all of this work was done subpar. He got paint on our new cabinets, ruined some of the doors, didn't paint some of the doors completely, installed incorrect hinges, and didn't install some parts of the door. The doors were poorly painted as well. I wish I could give Larry a better review, however we were not satisfied with his quality of work. It seems like he may have agreed to do work that he was not competent or comfortable doing. Fortunately Larry admitted or owned most of his mistakes and offered to correct them, but we were not comfortable with having him do any more work in our house at this point.Apr 25, 2017Verified
