- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary upon location of service address, location of the item to be refinished within the home, and difficulty of services to be rendered, such as if there are repairs to be made in addition to refinishing, but on average we save customers over 60-70% the cost of replacement, and we are frequently the lowest quoted price on refinishing, We work very hard to maintain a reputation of high quality work at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with a new customer usually begins by scheduling a time for me to come by and see the tub/shower/tile/sink to be refinished so I can provide a free quote on the work to be done, and so I can answer any questions the potential customer may have. As always, all estimates are free, and there is never any pressure to agree to service. If the customer would like to proceed with service, we work out a day that will work for the customer, and I add it to the scheduled. Payment is received after the work is completed, and the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally trained by the Professional Bathtub Refinishers Association, and have over 6 years of refinishing experience.
