Sifu Yost is an amazing teacher, his knowledge of the most basic to the advanced forms and movements makes sure you learn correctly right from the start, and will never reach a cap on your training. Plus he knows how wing chun can be used in everyday tasks, making everything you do as part of your training. I have learned a tremendous amount and am grateful and proud to be a part of the school!
