- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is fair. It is significantly lower than my competitors. It is right for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I book in text or over the phone. I come to dp the cleaning and unless the place is a level 7 to 10 in dirtiness the quoted price stays the same. never goes up more than 20 or 40. I get garbage, prep rooms, start kitchen or front door and just clean my way through. I ask my customers to pick a room and do that one last. I use my products but some times use yours. I leave the place smelling fresh and neat and clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Commercial restaurant cleans and medical buildings. Chemical and cross contamination training . 20 Years of experience cleaning private residence. Two cleaning compants Agnus cleaning and hitchcock cleaners.
