I was experiencing a problem where my computer was freezing. After requesting assistance, he messaged me and told me to download a different graphics card driver. I was then charged $30.00. client notified of traffic,and he was fine with the revised timeframe. All issues addressed as requested onsite, however an umbrella of other issues were added last minute. did not communicate any other needs prior to leaving his negative feedback, otherwise would have gladly continued to assist. my other reviews speak for themselves.
