- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss with the client the event details via phone, email or text. Next I create a quote or update the existing quote with all applicable dietary restrictions and the clients preferences. I'll email the client a contract to sign and we will work out payment options. After that I take care of the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts. Current serve safe certification. And 9 years experience in working with and managing food and events.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's my passion. My mom always said to " follow your gut. "And that's what got me here.
