She quoted $125,then changes to 129, and then billed at over $300. Plus she did not take a $3000 deduction. Als she missed some income. Said she would refill but did not. Bad, bad, bad.
Oh, also will not return calls. Now I must pay someone else to do it right.

Mr. Gerald, you failed to give me paperwork to file on your taxes and you wanted me to go on a previous years tax document that had nothing to do with the year we were filing. And you could not produce that proof to me so therefore it was not put on your tax return. I've returned every call of yours.
