- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Know that if you call with a problem solving issue, you will get an hourly rate. If you call wanting a project done, it is more likely an estimate can be given. BF Electric Wiring and Repairs reserves the right to use our discretion on which projects, once accepted, are estimated or worked by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon scheduling, communicating clearly with the customer & showing up on time, 1) we quickly assess the issue & resove it, 2) or converse with the client the next best actions to take that will get the project completed. 3) Get paid at time services are rendered 4) Thank you with a smile, knowing the technician confidentiality completed the job using his years expertise.

BF Electric Wiring and Repairs has more than 20 years experience focused on assessing & solving your electrical problems & doing your electrical projects in residential & some commercial applications.
