Good afternoon Joe, We sincerely appologize about the bad experience you encountered with our company. Unfortunately, the work you needed done was not generated under the category of repairs. Furthermore, when the quote is contacted we are charged a large fee to provide the services needed. Thumbtack does have the option to request roof licensing for any job being posted. In your case, it did not need licensing to be approved. Sorry for the mishap enjoy the rest of your day.
