- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do upfront pricing once we are able to look at what's needed. We pride ourselves on not selling a customer something that is not needed. We match and beat all competitor prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask to set a appointment to do a formal one on one introduction. We ask clients questions based on their needs and wants. After determining a solution that best fits budget and needs we get right to work. Our goal is to leave every customer happy and satisfied with what we did for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All personnel has 17 years or more experience in the related field as well as some that have a home and commercial building background of more than 20 years. All have been certified or school through local IBEW and or technical school programs
