- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All planning and consultations leading up to the ceremony are ALWAYS complementary. It is difficult to have a 'standard pricing system' for creating a custom service however, based on the type of service, duration, location, distance, complexity, equipment and any other needs determined during the an initial discussion, a quote can easily be put together for the couple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all couples an initial complementary meeting or planning consultation is conducted. This is the single most important part of the process in creating a custom ceremony unique to them. Since no two couple's are the same, no two ceremonies can ever be the same either.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In our over a decade of uniting couples, we have had the pleasure of working with all types of customers from all walks of life. One of our favorite things, doing what we do, is getting to meet so many people that want to share their lives together. At Today We Become One, we are open and accepting of all cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, denominations, lifestyles, and personal preferences. We have and will continue to serve thoes couples that are interfaith, non-religious, from blended families, members if our LGBTQ community...any couple that is in love. That is a couple we love to work with!
