Tom did a great job in improving the curb appeal of my house and also gave me some additional ideas to further increase it. I hope to have him do additional work as it gets closer to putting my home on the market. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

He and his wife worked on my open front porch that suffered from years of weather and chipping paint. They replaced the porch roof columns, rotten beadboard and some flooring. Painted repaired areas. It was about three-four days of labor. He did a very good job and I've booked him for another project. Will definitely use him again.

Meet and greet. Look over the project, discuss what the client is looking for. Planning and scheduling as well as fees, costs, time and terms.

30 years of building. Residential, commercial, industrial, wood steel and stone. Not much i haven't done.

All kinds. Small rental owners to the extreme lake goers in the Adirondacks.
