- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is individualized upon the client's own personal tastes. We will speak to you and find out what your wedding vision is and after we have a full picture we can suggest flower varieties and arrangements styles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are contacted, either by phone or email. We set up a time to talk about the details of the wedding flowers. This can be done over the phone or in person. After I understand all of your wedding details I will send you an online estimate of costs. If you accept the estimate I will send an online invoice in which you can place your deposit. Then I will send a formal contract for your records. This contract is legally binding to give you assurance that I will legally be required to provide your wedding flowers as discussed. Then all you have to do is wait for your wedding day when I show up with beautiful flowers to decorate your ceremony site and reception! We try to make it as simple as possible!

I have 28 years experience in the wedding/events planning and wedding florals business.
