We bought an old house that had seen little or no upgrades, or major repairs. We told people there wasn't a room in the house that the plaster wasn't falling down (just one exception in a house of roughly twelve room). Anyway, we finally had enough to start renovations. I was very glad we found Gerald, as he would listen to what we wanted. If it was something we hadn't really thought through to the next phase, he would make suggestions that we would then discuss to come to a mutual agreement. He listened when we said we wanted more insulation than code, when a 2x6 wall was code but we wanted 2x8. If we were stuck on a design element, he would make suggestions, and between the two of us we made a spectacular kitchen. He LISTENED!!
