- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 30% deposit is required to book out the timeslot. Additional payments will be paid upon completion. We are easy to work with, and very fair to all parties involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will contact via text or call. Will determine from that point a good time to do a free estimate. Once we agree on a price a 30% deposit is required. The project details will be specified on the invoice. Everything will be clear to both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years experience in fence and gate repairs/ installation. We also have a list of satisfied customers that you are welcome to contact.
