I hired Jones Renovation Revelation on January 7, 2019 Kevin responded the same day for a project at my house. He and his partner arrived a little late but he did text me to let me know he would be 30 minutes late my project was: 2 fans to be put together and installed, 1 bathroom vanity that needed to be put together and installed, a queen bed that needed to be picked up from the store and put together and a smart thermostat that needed to be installed. Well the fans are up the one in the living room is almost perfect but the metal ring that is to be attached to the ceiling has come a loose and hanging down. The fan in my bedroom makes a rubbing sound when on the low cycle. The vanity has been put together but the water line is not attached Kevin suggested I go to Home Depot to get the proper fittings. The smart thermostat had to be taken off the wall it would not turn on the air conditioner or the furnace so the whole day of service which I paid for was terrible, but Kevin and his helper were pleasant. Oh and they left the mess for me to clean up in my living room. Kevin did contact me he said he would come by on January 20 to 'tidy up" I have not heard from him since this is not who you want to do your home project.

Mrs. Brown I am sorry for not contacting you sooner but I had to let two employees go and my plate has been quite full. However I would like to add that when I left your residence the two fans, smart thermostat, and vanity was installed properly and in good working order hence the payment for job completed. Also you gave me a review of 3 stars already and since the fan in your room is faulty you choose to give me less than adequate review. God bless you and have a great year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i believe a fair days work deserves a fair days pay. I am always going to make sure the customers are happy before I leave. You get what you pay for, just because it's cheap don't make it good and cheap.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
walk through job, agree on price according to what can be seen and 40% payment up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this for 20+ years and have been to school for Architectural Design/ Mech Engineering.
