I believe the tech name is Duane. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting with my annoying matter. He called 30 minutes before arriving, explained the products used and what to expect. Hope to have him again when it’s time for the next treatment

I have been impressed with Landlock from the minute I contacted them via Thumbtack. They gave me an excellent introductory price that no one in Fredericksburg & the surrounding areas were even close to that price. They were able to offer me ongoing bug control services at another competitive price that was still $20 lower than anywhere else I called. I had always been a firm believer in the saying “you get what you pay for” however this saying has no relevance when it comes to Landlock. They were able to come & treat my home less than 24 hours after I first contacted them for a quote. The salesman was very knowledgeable & not too pushy, he was able to explain it all to me, provide excellent customer service and still beat everyone’s price! The technician Josh texted me 30 minutes before he got here, just as I requested. He was punctual, polite, and informative & listened to what I had to say and answered my many questions. It is very rare to find a company that not only values it customers but also provides excellent customer service & has extremely competitive pricing. I just had my house and yard sprayed about an hour ago, so I can’t say if it worked or not, I will post an update in a few weeks about how well their product works for flea and beetle control, as that is why I hired them. I am very excited to share this information, I highly recommend Landlock Pest Control, just give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Landlock Pest Control and our Technicians are licensed, insured, and certified through the National Pest Management Association, Virginia Pest Management Association, and the Tidewater Pest Control Association. We are also Certified Termidor Termite Control Experts.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Landlock was founded back in 2008, near the Virginia Beach area. Over the years, due to our amazing customer service, awesome technicians, and helpful office staff, we've been able to grow phenomenally.
