Introduction: Hi, my name is Jennifer Wise and I am the owner of Enchanted Essence. I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I started Enchanted Essence. I am a 50 year old single mom of an awesome teen named Ian and I have a condition called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) or also Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
If you have never heard of this disease, I am not too surprised. Many doctors have not heard of it either! RSD/CRPS is a rare chronic pain disease that effects the sympathetic nervous system and happens to be the most painful form of chronic pain known to man. This means it is more painful than cancer, childbirth or even amputating a finger. There is currently no cure for this debilitating disease and I was not responding well to the treatments. I had become tired of medications with terrible side effects so I began to experiment with essential oils and Reiki.
Essential Oils have been used for medicinal purposes as far back as the Bible and are still used in holistic medicine today. Reiki Healing Energy has been used since the early 1900's and is defined as a non-physical healing made up of life force energy. The more I used my personalized organic lotion and daily Reiki self-treatments, the better and better I began to feel. Now I have to tell you, I also adopted amazing spiritual practices into my life, but I find they are all inter-connected!
Anyway, since I was getting better I just had to share these gifts to help others. I hope you will allow me to help you in any way I can!
