Introduction: I have been in these trades for over 20yrs in Hawaii with most of my work in resorts along the Kona Coast, Hulalai, Maunalani, and Waikoloa. I feel if you know the expected standards of performance within these resorts then I really dont have to say too much. One of the high lights of my career wasn't working for myself but my learning time working on the Ko'olina Resort 'Oahu. Here I learned all my trades. Working with kids or people in general brings me joy.
