I needed help with my lawn because I was having a children's pool party on Saturday afternoon. I was sent a quote on Monday, June 11, 2018, by Nick and I contacted him that day. He stated he would be out to my house the next morning. I left everything he might need and a check. When I got home later that day, nothing was done, Nick hadn't come or contacted me. I called him. He said, since it rained overnight he wanted the grass to dry and he would be out before 5pm. He never showed. I called him at 5:30 and he said he'd be out at 7pm, after dinner. I asked him if it would be better on Wednesday or Thursday. He stated it would be, because he borrowed a friend's truck. He told me he would let me know the evening ahead of time or the morning of, when he comes out. Wednesday, I heard nothing. Thursday I came home and again nothing. I was very upset with his lack of responsibility and dependability. I was also very disappointed with his very poor communication skills, since I was continually contacting him. I would not recommend his services at all. I ended up having to mow my lawn on Saturday early morning before my young guests arrived.

HIred Nick on June 8th to do my lawn. He came out and did a great job. However, I contacted him regarding mowing again the weekend of the 15th and never heard back. No call, no show so changing my rating to a one star.
