The owner himself came out and arrived the day/time scheduled. He charged a reasonable price for the consult, which would have been waived if I needed ongoing service. His information about what pest was/wasn’t in my house was very useful. He was knowledgeable about what pest left droppings seen, he walked around the home, inside/out and all nooks/crannies looking for any signs of problems. He didn’t try to encourage me to pay for services I didn’t need. I will definitely be calling him for future services.

I had reachouted to Rescue1Pests on a Sunday afternoon. Fran called me back within 20 minutes. He set up a time to inspect the next day and then the tech came out the following day. The Technician Stefano was very professional, friendly, knowledgable and funny. He inspected the the affected area and walked us through what he was going to do for treatment of the termites. I would recommend Rescue1Pests to anyone needing an exterminator. They are very professional, friendly and prices were very reasonable.
