-Communication is key to a successful recovery. We often need a quick call to gather more info about what happened to your device. We give a quote range and find out your needed speed to return your data. (FYI, we base the recovery price on the failure to the device and the speed of the recovery, not the amount data we recover.) -Email you our quote terms and contact information -Receive the device at our location. -Our engineers perform the free evaluation. -We call you back with the fixed price before work begins. Verbal permission to proceed once the fixed price is given. -Updates are given as stages of the recovery process are completed. -You will not make a payment until we are sure we have completed a successful recovery. -No data no charge. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you have a problem that only a specialist in the field can address, such as a Orthopedic surgeon, you wouldn't expect to save money and time by going to your family doctor.
