What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually work on a flat fee basis. We offer a free consultation, and from there you'll know exactly how much it will cost for our services. No catch. No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with everyone in a free consultation. It's important for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you and your issues. If we don't think we can actually help you, we will tell you so. Don't spend what little money you have on an attorney if their solution won't do you any good.
