Aside from delivering a delicious Thanksgiving menu for me and my 60 colleagues to enjoy, Brendon was an absolute joy to work with — a true professional. During our luncheon several people asked me to share the caterer’s contact information because the meal was THAT good. I was in a bit of a panic, my caterer from years past was not answering my request and I found out they were out of business. From the start Brendon was very responsive, answered all my questions, gave me quotes immediately and tried (it was impossible really, given my personality) to put me at ease. The Christmas party was a smash! Brendon, David and Ashley were superb! I got nothing but rave reviews from my guests, but I think most people actually talked directly to Brendon, to tell him how much they enjoyed the food. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and have been running my own catering business since graduation. The one other chef I have working for me is also a graduate from the CIA and also has a degree in interior design. Our combination is unbeatable and we are fully committed to creating the best possible event and event space for you.
