Introduction: At Level Up Fitness, you aren't just a member: You're family. We offer 1-on-1 training, small group training, sports performance training, and Raid Metabolic Training. On top of this, we offer a kid friendly class called Level Up PE. We aren't just a typical gym where you come in and are just a number. You will be able to tell from the moment you step into our facility that we care about you and your progress. We care about your family. We are excited to be able to help you to continue to push yourself to the next level and to be the best you that you can be! Give us a shot and see what we're all about! We do what we do because we love to see people improve. There is little to nothing more satisfying than seeing someone reach a goal that once seemed so unattainable. We love to see people reach for new levels and we get our satisfaction out of helping them get there. While we have strong backgrounds in most areas of physical fitness, we also implement a great deal of corrective exercise and rehabilitation of dysfunction in order to improve movement patterns and maximize results. Seeing those improvements always excites each of our trainers to strive for more!

Ryan and Alexa push you to your limit but are always aware of people’s limitations and are ready to make adjustments to help you reach your goals. Ryan is always there to help whenever you have any questions regarding nutrition also. Very happy I moved from a box gym to Level Up!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies quite a bit based on what you look to do. We have everything from our Raid Metabolic Training, which is a monthly fee for UNLIMITED access to classes, to 1-on-1 training. So, giving a specific cost as a general average is rather difficult. Ask us, and we'll be happy to fill in the gaps though!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For anyone looking to start with us, we perform an evaluation. This service is free of charge and gives us a chance to develop a movement profile on prospective clients. This will provide you with some insight into your programming and allows us to have some guidelines for designing your workout regime. After the evaluation, we discuss with our clients what may be best for them and discuss potential paths.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the exercise field. We all have nationally recognized certifications in personal training and various specialization certifications as well. However, our greatest asset is our experience and drive to always be better. We draw on our existing experience and education, but also study the newest information to make sure we are on the cutting edge of the fitness field.
