Installed new faucet, built a super beautiful frame for my blissful outdoor swing, fixed leaking roof around chimney, helped get my yard on track after the grass croaked. I'm making lists that he has agreed to help with...he can fix anything, and he doesn't charge extra for his perfectionism!
