- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients needs are specific to that client and require a thorough review of their request, wishes and event details in order for any pricing to be established.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a very informal meeting with clients in public over coffee or a lite meal. If there is distance between us a phone call to discuss the details of your event is always an option. Once we discuss client / planner expectations and your vision of your event, I will draw up a proposal next. If the client approves the proposal and pays the down payment planning can begin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started doing events (weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, retirement parties, etc) for friends and family. By word of mouth I have successfully grew my business.
