I am a new business owner, but I have 10 years of experience in my field. I take pride in making sure the work I leave behind at each and every job is the very best, and since I am my only employee I have complete control that each part of every job is done exactly the way it should be. I offer professional quality cleaning services with a personal touch. I will accommodate extra requests such as laundry, interior of refrigerators and ovens, interior window cleaning, and picking up and organizing clutter. I have all my own supplies and will use them for no additional charge, or use the clients supplies if that is their preference. My main goal is to do every job to each individual clients liking, leaving every client 100% satisfied with my services to help build my new business by word of mouth. I enjoy many things about cleaning. I love helping clients with regular maintenance cleanings making their lives easier. I love doing one time move in/move out cleanings, basement clean outs, spring cleaning, and cleaning on homes that were just let go too long due to whatever circumstances. I find it satisfying to work hard and leave behind visually fantastic results!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a discounted rate for weekly and biweekly cleanings. The more often I come to clean, the easier it is to maintain and less time to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would first go to the home and provide a free estimate. I would ask questions about what cleaning products they prefer on different surfaces. I ask how often they would like to have their home cleaned. Then I come up with a cost per cleaning and then either schedule the initial cleaning or give the potential client as much time as they need to decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have helped work cleaning jobs with a family member, then I branched out on my own and got some of my own customers, and I have also worked for a cleaning service. I have 10 years total of cleaning different types of buildings and even vehicles, being a member of a team, and been the sole and only employee that was responsible for making all decisions.
