What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspect the home for all signs of problems both insect and wildlife related. Record notes and photos to explain any issues to the customer and then begin the process of correcting them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education classes are taken yearly and online classes through various universities are taken as offered. Wildlife and pest control seminars are attended for more advanced training on a yearly basis.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend was in the industry and hearing about his daily adventures I decided to try my hand at Pest and wildlife control. I ended up absolutely loving it!
