- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the number of hours you need services and the package we create for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy face to face interaction as much as possible, so I may ask if we can grab a coffee (I loooove me some coffee) or if we can FaceTime or Skype. This way we get a feel for each other and see if we're a good match! If that can't work out, then phone calls, all the way. I believe in good communication and keeping my clients informed on how their work is going.
