- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have competitive prices and offer referral, student, and military discounts. “Skilled labor isn’t cheap, and cheap labor isn’t skilled!”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat their lawn as if it were my own as every lawn is my billboard. I am always very up front about pricing so there are no surprises.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was always very involved in maintaining a great looking yard. In high school I worked for the city maintaining all our local football, baseball fields and recreational parks. I had the privilege of maintain the field for the Little League World Series when I was only 19 years old.
