I was extremely happy with the Cleaning Services provided by Kate. Her and her team are very dependable, they do exactly what you want and they are very reasonable. I have been disappointed in the past by other cleaning services who really don't get my home spotless and charge a lot. I am very particular and expect my home to be super clean when I come home (otherwise I could just do it myself). Kate and her team do a great deep clean and can keep your house super spotless and sparkling! I highly recommend them!

Kate and her team are the BEST! They pay attention to the little details, like always making sure the house smells clean and fresh for me when I get there. She really focuses on doing whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with her services. She has really gone the extra mile by sending her team back to check on the house when I was away on vacation. Really above and beyond what any other cleaning service would provide. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with clients and try to honor a price range that they are comfortable with. Due to the depth of our cleanings, which we routinely perform deep cleans, we roughly charge $30 - $35/hour for a single cleaner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to provide an on site quote that is accurate for the client's house/living space and agree to a date for the next cleaning. I closely supervise all first cleanings and if we go over on the time, it is on us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience cleaning homes for living.
