$50-$100 per hour depending on the event and type of services and food provided.

Communication is my priority. Offering a clear understanding of my service as well as keeping a open channel of discussion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. My experience began at the Breakers in Palm Beach learning white glove gourmet service then moving up a level into each position with, silver service on yachts, food and wine pairing with Napa wineries, then onto self taught cooking for private estates.
