Healing Well

Introduction: I have 23 years experience in the medical field. I have been a nurse for almost 18 years. I also have 15 + years experience with personal training and health and wellness. I am a Reiki Practitioner and I recently became a LMT so I could provide healing, health and wellness education and hope on a deeper level for my clients. I offer several different types of modalities in a safe and tranquil environment. Swedish,Hydrotherapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Energy Palpation, Crystal Therapy,KAM,NMT, CTT, Fascia Blasting . I do travel if needed. I have a few housebound clients that I see regularly. As well as offer my services for local events (chair massage included) and as a hospice volunteer. For my personal training I offer a program made specifically for my client ,their needs and desired goals. I do an intake which includes a medical background as well. Depending on their goals my role becomes flexible. I work side by side with clients teaching them their routine. Once they are comfortable to be on their own I allow them to be self sufficient in their program. I will remain available to provide guidance, encouragement, and adjustments to their program if needed. If it is requested I will remain side by side with my client giving them that daily motivation and extra " push" that they need until they have reached their goals. Everyone is different. Goals are different . Outcomes are different. The overall goal in my training is Better Health on all levels. Healing Well is a mind,body and soul deep journey. It's about going to the depths of our pain. Becoming aware of it's existence, releasing it and rising to the top in self love and self healing. To be whole and one with self. To be at peace. Providing the space ,care and openness for a person allowing them to let go, heal and go to the depth of self care is my goal. I love being able to help others to become more aware of their worth and that they too deserve that time for their self care. We all need that reminder. To be appreciated just as we are , where we are at that moment. And to know we don't have to stay in that place. We have the ability to change, grow and be whole.
