Introduction: Hi my name is Simone and I am the owner of Simone's Cleaning! My business stands out from others because I take pride in everything I do! I love owning my own business and love leaving all my customers 100% satisfied with their home. I make sure every home that I clean is treated as if it is my own home and cleaned to a high standard. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no fees and discounts are negotiable for my regular clients. All my prices can be negotiated and if anyone has any questions whether it is regarding pricing, discounts, service, etc. please feel free to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts off with getting to know my clients and making sure that they are comfortable me first and foremost. Next on the first visit to the house I usually take a look and try see how may client likes their house cleaned, if they have any product preferences, etc. My overall goal when working with anyone is that when I leave the house they are 100% happy with their home!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses for many years before I joined Thumbtack. I have worked many different families with homes of all different shapes and sizes!
