I have been working out with Pedro for more than 5 years. He is always professional and knowledgeable and also very personable. Pedro prides himself on his extensive knowledge about nutrition and muscle groups. If I tell him a new goal I have for myself, he tailors the workout to make it happen and I always start seeing results right away. He is also extremely respectful when dealing with what is kind of a sensitive and very personal subject - weight loss, and is never shaming or outwardly disappointed when I show up after vacation with a couple extra pounds. Lastly, Pedro is nice to talk to and well versed in a wide range of subjects besides nutrition and exercise, and the hour of torture flies by.

I have had many personal trainers, in London, New York, Cape Town. They were exceptional. But he is the best. 7 years so far of always caring, always pushing, always ensuring I enjoy it. His knowledge of what each individual needs is first rate.
